INGREDIENTS: ½–1 frozen banana 3/4 cup milk of choice (we like vanilla almond milk) 1 medjool date, pitted 1 tbsp cinnamon 2 tbsp tahini Pinch of salt Optional: frozen spinach, flax seed, protein powder
