Tahini Date Banana Cinnamon Smoothie


Tahini in a smoothie? If you haven’t tried it you are missing out! This Tahini Date and Cinnamon Smoothie is full of flavor and smoothness and ideal for a healthy breakfast or begin to your day. 

INGREDIENTS:
½–1 frozen banana
3/4 cup milk of choice (we like vanilla almond milk)
1 medjool date, pitted
1 tbsp cinnamon
2 tbsp tahini
Pinch of salt
Optional: frozen spinach, flax seed, protein powder

INSTRUCTIONS:
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth.
